How do I update my profile?

Go to Settings → Edit Profile, update your details, and click "Save".

Forgot Password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.

Request a Skill Session

Select a skill in the marketplace, click "Request Session", and confirm date/time.

Refund Policy

See Terms & Conditions v5.2: unused tokens within 7 days are refundable upon request.

Calculate TK Rewards

Rewards are based on session duration and skill level. Check your dashboard for details.

Protect My Data
